issue connecting with cyton board

Greetings,

I am facing an issue while trying to connect with the cyton board. Please find attached the console log. I would like to mention that, as a turnaround solution to connect with the board I have pressed the RST button on the board, then generated a new session name. after that I was able to connect, however, To start streaming the data, I have to set the analog and digital read on.

    Is this Cyton a recent purchase? Has it EVER worked correctly? Have you emailed to contact at openbci.com to connect with customer support? Have you tried using other laptop / desktop machine, to ensure this issue is not OS or hardware related?

    Dear Mr wjcfort,
    Yes, It is a recent purchase from the official store,
    I have tried to use other laptops / desktop machine, still the same problem. Also I have used the same dongle but for a different board and I could connect successfully. It is only the same issue with this particular board

    Musta, hi.

    OK, you have seemed to isolate the issue to your new Cyton mainboard. Then email to contact at openbci.com and ask them how to proceed.

    I assume you do realize that you need to change the RFduino's radio channel, if you wish to use two Cytons simultaneously. Without that change you will get intermittent failures.
