Cyton data stream stopped, but LEDs are blinking on board and dongle

Yesterday i have used the plastic holder and taken the data from the Cyton for the gesture EB .But after some time when i used the same set up and need to capture the data for the Jaw clench. Found there is no data streaming in the live. But when i have started the session and completed it for some time it was showing the Sample rate and channels but no data was found. Could you please help on this.
I have purchased the Cyton dongle and Board recently in september(Version on that board was V3-32)
and using the latest GUI (V5.0)

    Are you referring to the Ultracortex headset? Not understanding your term, "plastic holder".

    Not understanding 'EB', is that referring to Eye Blinks?

    If Cyton data stops streaming, have you checked your batteries, tried using fresh battery(s)? It may also be possible you are seeing some type of strong Bluetooth interference with nearby devices. You could try a test in another location, or turn off nearby devices. Sometimes a usb extension cord can get the dongle closer to the Cyton board, which increases signal strength.
