SD Card creation date

Hi,

I am using SD Card for data logging. Every time I get the logs, I see the date modified for all the logs as 1/1/2000 (In windows):

Is this system specific? & How are we only getting the same all dates for all the files created?

    The Cyton is not able to remember the current date between being turned off/on. This means that it stamps the creation date with this default time. When collecting data using a PC or Mac, the timestamps are generated as expected with the correct creation data.
