Dear OpenBCI Team, ( @wjcroft @retiutut @Andrey1994 @evaesteban )

We are Duz Academy Education Medical Products Industry and Trade Limited Company. We are so glad to contact with you.
We wanted to conduct an OpenBCI project for a friend of ours who have some disables from their arms or elbows. Since our friends could not afford to buy your project, we decided to do your project on behalf of social responsibility. We would like to present this products to our disabled friends.
So, we bought the necessary components. We started the project. I have put the BOM of the materials we use below:

We taked Gerber Files from your website. We made the PCB manufactured and made it printed:

--------- PCB and Components arrived and we did our string: -------------

We proceeded to install the software.** But we ran into some problems here:**

Software Trouble:
1-When we put it in programmer mode, the led does not light. (The led is solid, there are no problems with the connections.)
2- We could not upload the code to the PIC32MX250 using MPLAB. Since you did not share the assembly language code, we tried to send the hex code of the c code, but it did not work:

3- We tried to use PICKIT 3 Programmer Application of programing pin, but program does not see PIC and it did not work:

  1. We bought new PIC. We don’t know, if it needs Bootloader ?
  2. Latest, We looked your Doc page. We connected Cyton and Arduino. We tried to upload code to Cyton via Arduino, it did not work.
How do we install the code? We tried so hard and we could not succeed.
    Hardware Trouble:
  3. We didn't make RFduino and Dongle because it was too expensive. We connected it with cable. Will this be a problem?
  4. We couldn't find you. A component has stopped production, maybe Turkey does not have shipping. So we combined the two smaller ones.
  5. We couldn't find CKCL44X7R1H02M085AA. We used CKCM25JB1H102M0600AA instead.

Dear OpenBCI Team; we will appreciate if you can return as soon as possible. We are working on this project for a long time and we could not succeed it anyway. The problems we face are above mentioned. We will appreciate if you can help and support us for our unanswered problems.

Thank you again for your kind interest and support.

Hope to contact you soon.
Best Regards,
@wjcroft @retiutut @Andrey1994 @evaesteban
