ADS1299 failure

Hi everybody!
I build my own EEG ADS1299-based with Cyton schematic and little changes.
Before ADC installing I'll check all voltages, all connections for short circiut, all soldering - every is ok.
But after installing ADS1299 (and checking soldering) it was failured with white smoke, so I'm so sad.
Maybe you can help me?

    It's possible your manual SMT soldering, bridged some pads. Did you use a solder mask and paste? Sounds like the chip is destroyed.

    I'll check soldering with microscope and multimeter - no bridges.
    Yep, chip will be destroyed.
    Do you see some wrong in schematic? Could the chip be defective?
