What is the fastest way (less latency) to import Live EEG stream from Cyton Board to MATLAB 20a We are working on SSVEP project

Please consider using Brainflow instead of LSL. Also by avoiding streaming the data first through the GUI Networking Widget, latency is further reduced.

You can use the GUI to find the name of the Cyton Dongle serial port on all OS.
Plug in dongle -> Open OpenBCI GUI -> Control Panel -> Cyton -> Manual -> See list of all connected Cyton Dongles
