Converting raw data to volt unit

Hi,
I just realized about my data after reading this. Due to that, what should I do then to convert my data from uV to V ?
Should I apply this formula Scale Factor (Volts/count) = 4.5 Volts / gain / (2^23 - 1); to all my raw data ? which number that I should use for gain ? please advise
