What do you mean by 'reset'? Were you trying to flash the dongle? Does it show up as a COM port (or /dev port) when plugged / unplugged? If so, you can reprogram it:

Can you say what messages or indications you are receiving from the OpenBCI GUI? Is it possible you changed the radio channel of the dongle, and now it does not match the mainboard? If this is the case the AUTOSCAN feature will correct this:
