ultracortex NOVA or MARK IV ?

Respected sir,
as ultracortex mark 3 nova has all the files with the electrodes and the electrode holders , Spikey, Flat, and Comfort Units .
but
MARK IV does not have all the files as it was non 3d printed parts.It has to buy seperately from openbci store .
which way should i proceed ?
also i had gone through different threads ..they are facing 3d printing problems...what should i do ?
