No communication between Cyton board and Dongle, after firmware upgrade
Hi,
I updated the firmware of the cyton board to the latest version recently to work with the latest OpenBCI GUI. However, after the update, there seems to be no communication between the board and the dongle. There are both blue lights on the dongle and the cyton board when they are powered on and when I start to stream data, the red light also shows up on the dongle but the time series plot looks at this.
I tried to touch the pins with my fingers to test the connection as the docs said but all channels still show noise and nothing in particular had changed. I also tried connecting the gold cup electrodes to the board and got similar plots (nearly railed and noise on most of the channels) and there no major difference when I touch the goldcups either.
One weird thing that I noticed is that I put my board flat on the table but the accelerator still shows movements for some reason.
I am using OpenBCI GUI version 4.1.6 and Cyton firmware v3.1.2.
Please let me know what went wrong with my system or if you have encountered similar issues. Thank you!

Kate, hi.
When did you purchase this Cyton? What was the original firmware version? Did you update both the Cyton firmware AND the two RFduino firmwares, if you were coming from firmware V1? If you were upgrading from V1, and only updated the Cyton firmware, then it will not communicate correctly with the dongle. Which seems to be what your graphs are showing.

Kate, did you get my previous comment?
Yes, thank you! My board had V1 before my previous update and I did not realize that I needed to update the radio as well when I went through the tutorials. I will try again following the upgrade guide that you sent me and upgrade to version 2.0.0 first.
