are microvolts recorded by the Open_BCI software? [resolved]
What are the units of the raw data recorded by the software for the channels? The numbers recorded compared to the displayed values for the signals in the GUI, seem to be off by a factor of 1K (could it be 1024?). Would it be possible to record the data that is displayed on the GUI for all the channels instead (apparently that value is being computed somewhere by the software in order to display it in the GUI). Is the DC offset known for the recording? Is the DC offset included in the raw data being recorded? Some numbers that I am getting are in the order of volts (if you assume that the numbers of the raw data represent microvolts)!

Ganapathy, hi.
Recordings are showing the raw EEG, which includes millivolt DC below .1 Hz. It's typical that anyone processing the raw data, would apply DSP Digital Signal Processing functions. Such as a bandpass from .5 Hz to say 45 Hz.
