re-referencing

Hi,

I am using cython + Daisy OpenBCI. I
want to know is there any need for re-referencing when I want to analyze
data? Or the output data are re-referenced data based on earlobe
electrode?

The output txt file doesn't have any data related to reference electrode.

NSY, hi.

In most cases you can use the hardware reference lead, which you have connected to the SRB2 pin on the Cyton. The tutorial shows this connected to one ear lobe, with Ground / Bias on the other.

There are many EEG reference systems, and ways to re-reference with software.
