I am wondering how to change the driving current (~6nA) for impedance checks? - I want to do this for a stimulating channel (applying a small current to an electrode).
Note this is an AC frequency of 31.2 Hz for the impedance calculation. Probably not suitable for what you are attempting.
Another possibility to consider is to use a GPIO output pin (either operating as digital or analog), and your own voltage divider network to create whatever voltage you require. If you need current control there are ICs that do that as well.
Can you mention your application for current injection? Even the max possible set in the LOFF register, 24 microamps, is not very much current. .024 milliamps.
