Transfer or save data when not connecting to Bluetooth or Wifi?

My team plans to use the board to measure EEG signal of players on the field. Thus, the bluetooth/wifi connection is likely to be interrupted. Can the Cyton board transfer or save data when it is not connecting to Bluetooth or Wifi? If it can, how can I do that? Thanks
