Dongle not recognized by GUI and Arduino, only on Mac not Windows

Hi guys,

I know there are some topic about problems with the dongle. For most of them they have leds issues.

I'm on IOS 10.14

The leds of my dongle are working properly. ( multiple red flash then stay blue when I connect, also a little red flash when my CYTON is turned on) I'm on GPIO_6 POSITION.

Tested on all my USB port.

My second dongle is not recognized too so it must be a software problem.

Both are recognized by my windows computer.

They were recognized on my MAC before today and the only thing i did is to install the D2xx driver.

what could I have done wrong ? or what could i try to do to solve this problem?

You SHOULD NOT have installed the D2XX driver. OpenBCI does not use or need this, and it likely interferes with normal operation of the dongle. Please uninstall if you can. Try asking on the FTDI site if you have problems with that uninstall.

This is the correct driver, VCP only.
