I see that nobody has responded to this, but I can take a crack at it.
Are you willing to write your own code, or are you looking for an out of the box solution? The existing documentation does have links pointing to a GUI that can output your results to a text file. This can easily written as a CSV programatically, which can then be put into excel.
The CSV output from the GUI is basically the serial time series values, for each channel, one sample at a time. So each line of the CSV represents one sample and the commas separate the channels. For the default sample rates, that means 250 lines per second for Cyton, and 200 per second for Ganglion.
So, time series does not give you filtered values. In the GUI you can select Band Power in the widget, and this will display the powers in real time, but Figor wants to export those. One feature the GUI does have, is that it has another widget, 'Networking', that can output various streams of the realtime data to a companion program that then reads the streams. Various stream formats can be chosen. And you can also choose the category of data you want to stream out. The default is just the channel values. But you can also specify Band Power, which outputs (I assume) an array of the band powers. As far as stream output formats, the choices are: serial, LSL, OSC, and UDP. LSL is LabStreamingLayer. There are various apps and libraries that can read this format.
