Not correct voltage -2.5V

There are all the voltages on the board, except -2.5V.
At the input of the TPS72325, I have a stable voltage of about 3.3V. Output 3.0-3.1v
I changed the TPS72325 to several new ones, with no result. I changed the capacitors in the strapping.
Why TPS72325 does not produce the necessary voltage -2.5 V?
In this state, the board does not work.

    Hm, that's odd. The input of the TPS72325 should be -3.3V not +3.3V.

    Is it possible that you soldered the voltage inverter (U3, LM2664) the wrong way around?

    thanks for the answer. It's all about the voltage regulator in China, I ordered two pieces from two sellers and they both were not working! I ordered such a TPS72325DBVT in my city, changed it, and the correct voltage appeared.
