Hub installation error

I had an error message"OprnBCIHub Fayal Error listen EADDRINUSE 127.0.0.1:10996" when I tried to install Hub V2.0.5 in windows-10/64-bit
How can I fix this please anyone knows? my work is with Cyton board.
