Removing spikey electrodes from clip

Is there any secret to it?? I just struggled to remove a spikey electrode from its clip and broke off one of the spikes in the process.

    OH my god. I just got it. If you put one finger on the long plastic side, and another on the electrode, you can pry them apart that way.
