loading Cyton firmware, no serial port

hi everybody

i bought openbci with daisy 
i want to start testing my program on it 
so i follow the instruction in the guide in this url


but when i reach this step "Plug in Dongle and Select Serial Port"

there is no port activated on the list, why is that?

    When you plug / unplug the Cyton dongle, you should see a serial port show up (when plugged), disappear (unpluged) in your computer OS device list. Is this happening? That is the device name / COM port you want to use with the upload process.
