Impedance measuring issue with OpenBCI_GUI_4.0.3. standalone (OSX)

Hello,

On the same OSX the OpenBCI_GUI_4.0.3. standalone doesn't seem to measure impedance, however the OpenBCI_GUI_3.3.2 does. I tested this on El Captain and Sierra.

Is this a common issue with Cyton or do I have something not setup right?

I made a video:

3:20 min | OpenBCI_GUI_4.0.3 - not working

Add further comments if you wish. A number of 4.0.3 fixes are in the works, hopefully this will be included.

Have you tried running from Processing?

I was trying to keep the system lean by having only the standalone installed.

I'll try the Processing app, for which I believe I have to install the OpenBCU_Hub separately.

In the new version, there is an issue with the impedance measuring again (Cyton+Daisy).

Apparently, it seems that in the https://github.com/OpenBCI/OpenBCI_GUI/blob/master/OpenBCI_GUI/HardwareSettingsController.pde in the method toggleImpedanceCheck there is a whole indexing shift by 1 because in the variable channelSettingValues the channels are indexed 0 -15 and the method impedance check receives values 1-16. Naturally, index out of bounds occurs in the channelSettingValues(Line 534) when CH16 is selected.

I have opened a ticket thinking that the problem is only for CH16, but examining the code I noticed that all channels are taking wrong configs.
