Changing Some Default Values Of GUI

Hi,

I want to change some default values in Processing Java code of the GUI. Here are the values:

-Setting 1-3-4-5-6-7-8 Channels are OFF by default and only 2 stays ON
-Setting Default Value of Notch Filter As 50 rather than 60

In processing, which classes and line should I change can you please specify line number and classes for this setup?
