Electrode Placement for Research (8 Channels)

Hello everyone!

I'm putting together my OpenBCI headset and I need to decide on the best electrode placement as I only have 8 channels available.
I'm just getting into using BCI as a research tool and I would like to ask for any recommended electrode placement patterns.

My research will be on the effects of meditation on the human brain.
