Suggested print settings for comfy insert?

What are the suggested print settings for the comfy insert? They are missing from the docs.

I printed them with Filaflex (http://recreus.com/en/filaflex-filaments/72white-filaflex-175mm.html), 240ºC, 20 mm/s, 0.2 mm layer height, 20% infill, no supports, but with skirt, and don't enable retraction (this is important here). I glued it to the e_holder with cyanoacrylate and they feel very comfy.
