Does GSR track with EEG?
Hello,
I have a GSR biofeedback device:
It measures GSR and converts it to an audible tone that changes pitch as GSR changes. I use it to help me meditate and I find it very useful.
I am wondering if there is any research that indicates how GSR relates to EEG? Can I assume that if my GSR is going down that also my brainwave frequency is going down? Do they correlate/track with each other?
I really want to know that i'm reducing the frequency of my brainwaves and particularly getting into the Alpha state. I'm going to get a Ganglion when they come out but until then I'm using the GSR which is why I'd like to know if they correlate.
Thanks!

The BrainBay tutorial mentioned on this thread shows a simple alpha training protocol. It's also easy to do similar with neuromore.
