Neuromore OpenBCI Classifier Query

Hi there, 

Relatively new to the world of EEG and trying to get my head around Neuromore's OpenBCI classifier. Would anyone be able to shed some light on the attached screenshot? Some elaboration on the process would be greatly appreciated... I've got my Ganglion ordered and have printed the UltraCortex MK3 so looking forward to developing a more extensive knowledge on this.
