SD Card failed after writing 100MB of data into it

I bought a SD Card and have it format FAT32. However the board cannot write the data of over 100MB size into the card. During that recording time, the board wrote out many information as “write file fail”. And after the recording stops, it seems that my card cannot be detected anymore by any PC. It looks like ... I burn the card.

Has anyone had this problem so far? Does the reason come from the way how the board writes the data into the card?

Have you tried looking at the other threads mentioning SD Card?

Is it possible that the write operation froze (as some of the threads mention), leaving the SD card format in a poor state. There are some mods that will allow SD card writing to happen without using the RFduino.
