GUI customization

I dont know processing but I undestand it is pretty clear to read the code.

I want to know if there is an easy way to delete the head and the FFT graph from the GUI. I only want to see the 8/16 channels and their configuration. I think a good way would be not to draw them but I dont see an easy way, like a flag o something like that.  

Someone has managed to do that?
