instructions to create valid Windows OpenBCI_GUI.exe app

Just found a workaround to make "export" OpenBCI application works. Here is steps:
1. Download OpenBCI from https://github.com/OpenBCI/OpenBCI_Processing
2. Download both Processing version 2.2.1 and 3.0a11 from https://www.processing.org/download/?processing
3. Load OpenBCI with 2.2.1 and use File->Export Applicaiton to create OpenBCI application.
4. Repeat step 3 and use 3.0a11 to export OpenBCI application.
5. Copy OpenBCI_GUI.exe file created by version 3.0a11 to replace the one create by version 2.2.1
6. double click "OpenBCI_GUI.exe", you will find export application works.
