When I used EEGLAB to import channel locations, I used the 16-channel file of openbci, but there was no positions of channels Fz, Cz, and Pz. Can anyone help me add them?

Have you tried a search for other sfp files? Any 10-20 or 10-10 layouts should do. OpenBCI Ultracortex only chose the layout you mention because of the 16 channel limitation.
