Cyton board channel data samples appear to be DC?

I have a question now. I got the data from CYTON plus WIFI board and the same rate is 1000HZ or 500HZ. The method of collecting data is OPENBCI GUI software. After opening it with MATLAB, I found that the data of each channel are all in the thousands or tens of thousands. There is not even a negative value. I would like to ask, when CAYON collects data, on what basis is it counting? Why are the data values ​​collected from each channel so different? And it seems that they are all DC data, without any negative values ​​of AC components?
