create software through RAW EEG

there is a way to create software through the raw eeg not neccessarily live with cyton but through a EEG recorded .CSV file (RAW EEG recorded file) by EEG order. the order is important. i know how to create it. what is the worth of it? is it good to create? what are your opinions about it?
