How to import channel location (Ganglion board)

Hi everyone!
My question is quite basic but I am completely new to using openbci . I am trying to find out the solution to my problem by myself for many days and finally came to this discussion section. Can anyone tell me why I am unable to import channel location after importing data collected through ganglion board into Matlab using eeglab. I am following all the guidelines from different tutorials. they work on sample data but when I try to work them out on my data, I failed to proceed because I am unable to import channel location
