Recording Data offline (to SD Card)

Hi-
I was wondering if there is a way to record data of the 16 channels to the SD card without having to connect/initiate it via the dongle to the GUI.
The idea is I am trying to record data on a small outdoor journey, therefore I can't have the laptop connected.
Appreciate any suggestions.
