questions on MindAffect cVEP BCI
I was trying to use the mindaffect bci application, but I can't run it and get an error. So, is there any other application that can acquire brain waves with ssvep or p300? Brain waves are taken by opebci's GUI application, so you can use ssvep or p300.

Did you try contacting the MindAffect group at their website / email? MindAffect tutorial shows how to do proper calibration, which is essential. You also need to use 'wet' electrodes (paste, gel, saline), because the dry silver chloride electrodes have weaker EEG signal amplitude.

Some of poor SSVEP results reported by users on those above threads, were due to their using dry electrodes, or display monitors that had unstable output frame rates. In MindAffect, the frame rate issue is addressed by their calibration and test programs.
I emailed the details of the error to the mindaffect group and asked, but I didn't get a reply. I asked github a question, but it didn't come back.
Suggest trying the email listed in the paper,

Thank you.
I assume you are following all the steps in their tutorial.

Which step is giving an error? Is it possible you may be using a version of Python or libraries that differs from their recommendation?
I get an error in Installation Check.
Can you show the specific error?
Why are the WinError's in Japanese? It looks like the first error is "FileNotFound", but what does the Japanese say?
I didn't mess with the settings and it came out in Japanese from the beginning. Translated into English, FileNotFoundError: [WinError 2] The specified file cannot be found.
How about this one?
[WinError 10061] 対象のコンピューターによって拒否されたため、接続できませんでした。
WinError 10061] Could not connect because it was rejected by the target computer.
I see a mix of linux / unix style pathnames, forward slashes, with Windows style paths, backslashes. Usually this is a sign of confusion on Windows.
thank you.
How do I resolve this error?
I would like to get an EEG with MindaffectBCI, but I can't figure out how to do it from the tutorial. My questions are as follows
1. In which folder should I write the code to get EEG? (Branflow)
2. I don't know how to classify the EEG with this. For example, with MI, I can change the image to move my right hand, but with cVEP, the light is emitted from a predetermined location, so I don't feel like I have the freedom to control the drone.
@YuminosukeSato, hi.
It's clear from the error logs you have posted previously, that there is some type of path name issue happening, with mixed Windows / Linux forward-back-slash confusion.
re: 'classify'
Are you following all the steps of the MindAffect installation / tutorial? Do you understand that each MindAffect onscreen 'button' that you display, is flashing at a different pseudo-random rate? When you look at a given button, the MindAffect signal processing code matches that EEG pattern with what it has in it's list of existing onscreen buttons. You can have as many buttons as you wish. For example: forward, back, left, right, stop. These could be arrayed as a 'joystick' type of layout on the screen.
