Cyton dongle does not working

jamesjames south korea

I bought a cyton board and tested it for the first time. But the dongle doesn't seem to work. When the dongle is inserted into the PC, after the red led blinks once, the blue LED blinks once and when "AUTO-CONNECT" is selected the following message appears in the OpenBCI GUI (v5.0.9). "Unable ro connect to Cyton. Please check hardware and power source.".(USB Dongle is switched to GPIO 6)
I installed the FTDI driver, and checked the other USB ports. And I have 1 more cyton dongle and this dongle works fine.
The console log is as below.
