Recreating FFT Plot in Python & Negative values

arielmcarielmc Blacksburg, VA

Hi,
I'm working on a project with the EEG sensors and I'm coding in Python. So far I've cleaned up the channel data and graphed it. I noticed I had negative values and I'm wondering if that good or bad, or if I need to do anything to further clean up the data.
Secondly, I'm looking to recreate the FFT plot and am having difficulties doing so. I've seen on here there's ways to do it in Matlab, but I have limited experience with that and already have all of my code in Python. Is there a library or guide somewhere that can help me recreate the FFT plot in Python? Thanks

EEG data sample values naturally cover a range of around plus or minus 100 microvolts. (After removing DC offset with say a .5 highpass or .5 to 45 bandpass).

You're not using the Brainflow FFT, perform_fft() ?
