Hi,
I'm interrested in any global solution (hardware + training sw) equivalent to the NeurOptimal one from Zengar in the open source environement (or affordable: maybe 1000 USD / 2000 USD max)
Any help to find such a all in one solution ?

As far as I'm aware, there are no open source clones of NeurOptimal. The Zengar algorithms have never been published. There is a past thread here on our forum where some of the concepts are discussed.

Considering Neuroptimal price, I could consider something not as much said to be of the art as Neuroptimal.
Would there be any open soure or <2000$ solution which does more or less the same jobs as neuroptimal, even if not a real equivalent ?

You might explore Pete Van Deusen's Brain Trainer system. It can connect to various EEG amplifiers, including OpenBCI. Their previous version used 'Bioexplorer' underneath the protocol designs. They are moving to 'BioEra' instead.
