Accelerometer Sampling Rate
Does the accelerometer have the same sampling rate as the EMG signal readings? If I'm using the wifi shield does that change the frequency for both or just the EMG?
also, is it just an accelerometer or also a gyroscope?

The accelerometer is only a 3 axis. Does not have gyro capability.
