Are Ganglion and Cyton certified by Japan's TELEC?

I would like to know whether Ganglion and Cyton qualified by TELEC (Telecom Engineering Center). I checked Ganglion Dongle is qualified by TELEC,

https://shop.openbci.com/products/ganglion-dongle?variant=15473352605768

But I could not find the explanation on Ganglion and Cyton Pages. I'm sorry if Ganglion and Cyton don't need to be qualified by TELEC.

    Please see this page,

    https://docs.openbci.com/docs/08FAQ/Liability

OpenBCI does not have any 'medical' equipment certifications. And similar EEG equipment from other manufacturers (Muse, Emotiv, etc.), also is not certified. Official certifications of 'medical' equipment can cost in the tens of thousands of dollars.

OK, my first comment was assuming TELEC was an FDA / CE type agency. The statement on the Ganglion dongle page:

CE, FCC and IC and Telec qualified

Just refers to compliance with wireless emissions standards. No emissions outside regulated bands. All the OpenBCI devices use FCC / CE compliant wireless devices. The Cyton and Cyton dongle use RFduino radios. The Ganglion uses this dongle, plus the Simblee radio on the mainboard. All these have passed wireless standards.
