Hardware engineer consulting position

Thank you to OpenBCI for your work on BCI and this amazing forum. Exciting times!!

We are looking for a consultant to help us develop a BCI device. It is a short-term position, and would begin immediately. Engineering background preferred, and experience with BCI is an asset. An ability to advise us on best manufacturing processes is also an asset, but not necessary. 

We require someone to:

- determine the most suitable components for single or dual sensor BCI device (chips, sensors, bluetooth, battery, etc.)
- help us determine an approximate price for those components (price range with 20% margin of error would be sufficient)

We are hoping to develop a device that is a bit more advanced than the Neurosky Mindwave, and keep manufacturing costs under 40 US dollars. We are developing the 'housing' for the components, and do not need assistance in this area. Note: $40 is our target ex-factory price and would also include the housing costs.
