Saving to SD card on Cyton but GUI times out

Richard @retiutut might have more questions for the customer, such as version number, OS, etc. Can they comment further here on the forum? It looks like from the open issues that there may be some relation to this previous issue:

Here are both open and closed GUI issues that show up on a search for "SD card". Most of these are indeed closed and resolved. But it's possible the customer's experience of his issue is related to one of these previous ones.
