error in openbci_lsl.py

i have openbci head set and i want to use live streaming with matlab so i install lsl .the problem is i have two laptops one stream the data perfectly and the other inspite of using the same file i face an error "no serial module is found" when i type the command python openbci_lsl.py --stream 

i wonder what should i do ?

please help me
