Dongle turn on red light (TXD) while starting data system

I'm a new learner of OpenBCI.

When starting data system, the dongle turns on red light (TXD). 
Is that right ?Could you tell me what's the problem ?
If it works normally, what about lights of the dongle and cyton board ?

And the learning tutorials page of OpenBCI doesn't work.
