The Cyton RFduino radios speak an unusual Bluetooth protocol named Gazelle. It's not compatible with Bluetooth Low Energy or Bluetooth Classic.
Most Android mobiles these days support usb host mode, also called OTG adapter. Plugging the Cyton dongle into the OTG adapter will appear as a serial port on the Android device.
As you can see, there are tradeoffs, only 2 channels, lower sample rate, and some packet loss.
If you can use the OTG cable with your mobile (for example a tablet, with good battery), you will get the full Cyton 250 Hz sample rate and number of channels.

If you are into firmware hacking, take a look at the ESP32 radio chip, available on breakout boards. This take the place of the RFduino on the Cyton mainboard. And the ESP32 supports Bluetooth Classic SPP Serial Port Protocol. Which all Android devices also support.
But to be clear I don't care about losing packets, my goal is just to send a sign from Cyton board to my android application in a specific time after signals processing(in Matlab). Do you think the BLE is enough to do that?
