database of BCI graduate level university programs?

Good afternoon,

I recently purchased the Ultracortex Mark
IV with the 8 channel Cyton board. I am an engineer who, many years ago,
developed computer access systems for people with high level disabilities. I
first came across BCI back then and determined that one day I would like to be
involved in BCI projects. Since that time I have worked in R&D companies
that developed electronic instrumentation. With a down turn in the industry I
am exploring the possibility of an MSc in Biomedical engineering, focused on
BCI.

I have been researching various
universities that offer a BCI or BCI related graduate level program. To help me
conduct my search more efficiently, does anyone know of a database/listing of
the various BCI graduate programs offered at universities in Canada or the USA?

Any insights/comments would be appreciated.
