Init Timeout

Anyone else have an issue with the "System is Up" yet when you "START SYSTEM" it doesn't connect.
It goes through "Attempting to establish connection with your OpenBCI Board". Then I get "Init timeout".
I have powered down and powered back up.
Same result on Windows 10 and Windows 7 machine using dongle with Cyton board.
Solution?
