my unit is cyton open bci and conneded dongle to pc(64 bit window 7) after runing processor 3.4 getting waited for 5000ms error ang GUI shows blank screen.
Is this a new Cyton just purchased? Have you tried connecting to it from other laptops?
Sometimes when the GUI shows a completely blank / black screen, it means your OpenGL (graphics drivers) from the laptop manufacturer are out of date. What is your definition of "shows a blank screen"?
Does the COM port show up in your Device Manager when you plug in the dongle? Conversely it should disappear when removed.

After processing3.4 set up
select c:\user\name\mydocument\processing\openBCI_GUI\ openBCI_GUI\ openBCI_GUI.pde display openBCI_GUI but after running it shows waited 5000ms….. error and GUI screen is blank

When I try this procedure first time I got waveform after connecting electrode, So its may not be driver issue; but now when I install new version GUI 4.02 its not work so I again tried older version 3.4 and used HUB respectively still both are not working.
In other PC windows 10 and 64 bit configuration I down load all software and I got output for older version after few days openBCI_GUI folder is deleted from processing folder
