Cyton not streaming after firmware flash, from arduinolibraries.info

I have cyton board. I updated the firmware.

My new firmware is Boardwithwifi 3.1.2

When I connect to the wifishield. The OpenBCI GUI shows the data screen but data is not streaming.

Accelerometer values are coming but EEG values are not streaming.

Arduinolibraries.info is not where you should be looking for OpenBCI firmware. In fact that source even might be unreliable. Look here,

Yes, I have used the correct library.

Dongle is working fine, even on the new library. But wifi shield is still not working. It shows RESP_CONNECT_ERROR.

Any idea why?

My guess is that, board is not connecting with the wifi shield.

Openbci GUI takes me to the 2nd screen but data is not streaming. Its empty.

We have used GUI version 3.2.1 , Hub Version 1.3.2 and the data is only streaming on Windows 7 Platform we had tested the same version on different platforms such as Windows 10 and Mac OS 10 but the data was not streaming ..... its only working on windows 7 what could be the possible bug can't we solve it
