3.3.2 GUI - Frozen?

Hi all,
My GUI seems to be frozen after i click Start System
1. The system detects the Ganglion via Bluetooth
2. I select the appropriate unit (there is only one)
3. I click Start System and nothing happens. I don't see the layout indicated in the Tutorial.

Edit: I'm running it on Sierra 10.12.6
I've also tried it on High Sierra 10.13.6

No luck on either

NoIdea, hi.

Has this Ganglion ever worked with any other laptop / OS? Or is this your first attempt at connecting?

Does the GUI version line up with the Hub version as shown here,

Have you tried earlier or later releases?

Hi,

Yes, the ganglion worked on an earlier MacBook (dont remember the OS version...). I'm currently on a Macbook Pro

I downloaded the zip file from https://openbci.com/index.php/downloads

How do i check the Hub Version?

I've tried earlier releases to no avail. It still freezes.
